Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the dramatic Estérel Massif, Château Paquette is a family-owned wine estate established in Fréjus in 1952. Now led by the Paquette family for three generations, the estate is dedicated to showcasing the distinctive character of the Côtes de Provence Fréjus appellation.
The vineyard spans approximately 25 to 30 hectares across Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, and the foothills of the Estérel. This exceptional location, shaped by maritime influences and volcanic soils, produces authentic wines with the signature minerality that defines the Fréjus terroir.
Committed to sustainable viticulture, Château Paquette has been certified organic since 2014 and now follows biodynamic practices certified by Demeter.
Visitors are warmly welcomed to enjoy wine tastings and discover the vineyard in a quintessential Provençal setting, surrounded by pine forests, vineyards, and striking volcanic landscapes.
Through its rosé, red, and white wines, Château Paquette captures the richness and authenticity of Provence, crafting elegant wines that honour both the terroir and the family's winemaking heritage.
